By default, all Minecraft servers are open to the world so that all players can easily connect. It is not possible to set a password on a Minecraft server, but you can set the server up so that only whitelisted player usernames can connect.

Step 1: Order A Server From Empower Servers
Once you have placed an order with us, you will immediately receive the login details for the server.
Step 2: Login to Multicraft
Login to our control panel with the email and password provided in the welcome email.
Step 3: Click on the Files menu
Navigate to the Files menu on the left-hand side.
Step 4: Click on Config Files
Step 5: Click on Whitelisted Players
Step 6: Enter whitelisted player usernames
On each line, enter the player username in brackets .
